Greenfield Harbour Property Owners Association (GHPOA)

Greenfield Harbour is a waterfront residential community located in historic Northumberland County between the towns of Burgess and Reedville.  Established in 1989, it is comprised of 83 lots and associated common areas totaling some 122 acres.  Waterfront properties extend along the shorelines of the Little Wicomico River and two of its tributaries, Cod Creek and Sloop Creek, approximately 3 miles by water from the Chesapeake Bay.  A community boat launching facility and 56-foot pier are available to property owners and their guests.  Community management is provided by the Greenfield Harbour Property Owners Association, Inc (GHPOA).
